Elite Fins completed the supply and installation of 50mm × 50mm × 2mm square-profile Upvc Fins at Reliable, a residential tower in Vikhroli, Mumbai. The fins run vertically down the full height of the building in a dark brown finish, set against the tower’s beige façade and curved balcony lines to give the elevation strong vertical contrast.
The Requirement
This Reliable tower’s elevation combines curved balcony fronts with long uninterrupted vertical faces — a façade shape that needs strong definition to avoid looking flat. The society wanted the fin colour to contrast against the building’s lighter beige tone rather than blend into it, while still holding up against direct sun exposure on the west-facing elevation without fading or chalking.

Why this specification worked here:
